COVID-19 VACCINATION DRIVE

At The Gujrati Ground

Ba District Office, Ministry of Health, Ba Chamber of Commerce & Ba Town Council

 

08 July 2021, Ba, Fiji –  Ba Town Council today announced that there will be a COVID-19 Vaccination Drive at the Gujrati Ground on Saturday 10 July 2021 from 7:00am to 3:00pm. This is organized by the Ministry of Health in conjunction with the Ba District Office, Ba Chamber of Commerce and Ba Town Council.

The vaccination drive is open for both drive through and walk-in and has been organized for both first and second dose.

Those who are above 18 years of age and wish to be vaccinated are requested to present their valid photo identification e.g. Joint FNPF/FRCA, driver’s license, passport, student ID or FNPF card to register for vaccination. If you have already registered, then just bring in your registration reference number and a valid photo identification.

Public is requested to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols and wear proper face mask and maintain safe physical distancing when they come in for their vaccinations.

Ba Town District Officer, Mr. Elisha Joshua says, “this initiative by the Ba Team will assist in containing the number of active cases in Ba. We want to keep the people of Ba safe and request the public to make use of this opportunity to get their vaccinations”.

The Chair of the Special Administrators of Ba Town Council has thanked the public for their support and diligence during this time as we progress towards normalcy and economic recovery.

 

The Ba Chamber of Commerce requests the Ba Citizens to make use of this opportunity which we have facilitated as together we can achieve a lot.

 

FREE MASK WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL INDIVIDUALS GETTING VACCINATED WHICH IS AN INITIATIVE BY BA SAI CENTRE!
